The gypsy pepper is a hybrid pepper resulting from a cross between a sweet Italian bull horn pepper and a bell pepper. Gypsy peppers have a sweet flavor. Use them raw, or try frying them. Gypsy peppers like full sun, so plant them in an area that receives about six hours of sun daily. Water the plant regularly to keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged
