Description:
Solenostemon scutellarioides 'Black Dragon'
A dramatic foliage annual featuring deeply textured, ruffled leaves in rich burgundy to nearly black, accented by vibrant ruby-red centres. 'Black Dragon' has a compact, bushy habit that adds bold colour and contrast to garden beds and containers, even without flowers.
Jess' Notes:
Coleus are being bred to be more sun tolerant each year, so take the risk and give it a little morning sun to allow it to reach its full potential. Keep well watered and pinch off flower spikes to ensure energy gets directed towards foliage. Pinch foliage early and often for best results!
