Description:
Dianthus barbatus interspecific 'Amazon Lavender Magic'
A striking cut-flower dianthus producing large, rounded clusters that transform in colour as they mature, opening in rich rose-pink tones before gradually developing shades of lavender and purple. The result is a beautiful multicoloured effect, with several shades often appearing on the same plant at once. Tall, sturdy stems and vigorous, well-branched plants make 'Lavender Magic' equally impressive in sunny garden beds and fresh-cut arrangements. Exceptionally tolerant of summer heat for a dianthus, it provides dependable colour throughout the season.
