Flowering Kale, especially the Songbird White variety, is an eye-catching ornamental plant known for its elegant white and cream-colored foliage, often with a hint of green. It’s particularly popular for adding a soft, sophisticated touch to gardens and containers during the cooler months.
Like other flowering kales, Songbird White is cold-hardy and thrives in full sun to partial shade. It’s great for fall and winter displays, where it can add texture and color when many other plants are dormant.
