Description:
Tagetes tenuifolia 'Gem Tangerine'
Tangerine Gem Marigold (Tagetes patula 'Tangerine Gem') is a vibrant, compact annual flower that produces bright orange blooms with a lovely citrusy fragrance. This variety typically grows to about 10-12 inches in height, making it ideal for borders, containers, and garden beds.
Tangerine Gem Marigold is not only visually appealing but also beneficial for the garden, as marigolds can help repel pests and attract pollinators. They thrive in full sun and well-drained soil, requiring moderate watering. Regular deadheading encourages continuous blooming throughout the season.
